- I am a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker and I have specialized in the REO, lender owned, business for over 12 years. Working with a number of assest management companies over the years has given me great knowledge of the bank owned business. I got my first REO / Bank owned listing from phone duty. The asset management company called in and was just giving the listing to who ever answered the phone. The company was SPS servicing. So I didn’t start out by doing BPO’s. I didn’t have a clue what I was in store for. It has been a very steady business for me with listings coming directly to my email from asset management companies. Why not join my group?
